Netflix shows and movies to look forward to this November

October has come and gone so now we’re slowly transitioning to the Christmas season. Netflix gave us the Halloween content we needed (Bly Manor, anyone?), but now it’s time for something new. Even though December is a month away, Netflix is starting to churn out Christmas-themed content to ready us for the upcoming holiday. Aside from these holiday shows, Netflix also has some new releases that you’ll either want to rewatch or get hooked by. 

Ready to binge-watch something new this November? Here are the shows and movies to look out for on Netflix!

Dash & Lily (November 10)

Based on the book by David Levithan and Rachel Cohn, Dash & Lily is an upcoming series about a boy and a girl that meet via a notebook found in a bookstore in New York.

Shawn Mendes: In Wonder

Follow Shawn Mendes as he goes on a world tour in this documentary. This is an inside look into his stardom, relationships, and his future in music.

Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey 

A Christmas movie and a musical in one, Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey follows the story of a toymaker and his granddaughter. 

The Crown Season 4  (November 15)

For those waiting for new episodes of The Crown, season 4 is coming to Netflix this November 15. This new season will finally introduce Princess Diana as she marries Charles.

The Nun (November 7) 

Part of the Conjuring universe, this movie traces the origin of The Nun in the original movie. Halloween may be over but horror movies are never out of place. 

Alone/Together (November 5)

Alone/Together, a local drama released in 2019, is finally coming to Netflix. Follow Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil’s characters as they explore what-ifs from their relationship. 

The Princess Switch: Switched Again (November 19)

The trailer isn’t up yet but it has been announced that the sequel to The Princess Switch will be released on November 19. Vanessa Hudgens is back as Duchess Margaret and Princess Stacy of Belgravia.
