Frying Chanel fries to getting featured in Times Square is a massive leap, even for Heart.
On Saturday, celebrity and socialite Heart Evangelista shared that she ”woke up” to the news that one of her billboards has made it to none other than Times Square in New York, the famed tourist spot known for featuring the world’s hottest brands and events in larger-than-life digital screens.
But more remarkable than the highlight is what she’s modeling in the ad: the Panda Minaudière, a clutch woven from ethically-sourced materials from Filipino artisans and marketed by Ia’s Threads, owned by Philippine-born designer Ia Faraoni. The clutch, named after Heart’s rescued aspin from Batangas, Panda, is currently priced at $195 (about PhP9,300).
The brand also shared Heart’s milestone with the caption: “weekend QUEEENING mood”.
Named as one of the World’s Top Luxury Influencers by Forbes, it’s no secret that Heart has an affinity for high fashion and luxury designer brands. She’s repeatedly stolen the spotlight for her often over-the-top lifestyle choices such as sporting a Hermes-inspired face mask, frying some Chanel fries, and buying a Gucci lunch box.
Except for her meals consisting of Lucky Me pancit canton and Purefoods corned beef (which are still plated luxuriously, by the way), Heart’s entire feed is enough to make us feel like the hampaslupa that we are.
Keep slaying, Heart!
