Napoleones, a light, buttery, flaky dessert with a sweet custard filling and powdered sugar dusting is a favorite Filipino dessert from Bacolod. People usually buy it as pasalubong for their loved ones, but it’s also a pastry that almost anyone will love.
You don’t need to go to Bacolod to get a taste of this because this is a dessert that can be found in the Metro as well. However, it’s easier to get ahold of this now because Starbucks branches nationwide recently added Napoleones to their menu!
Sold at P95 per piece, you’ll get your money’s worth with this because of how big it actually is. Head on over to your nearest Starbucks branch or simply order it via GrabFood if the delivery service is available in your area.
Aside from the Napoleones, Starbucks’ featured treats include a Plant-Based Taco Empanada, Plant-Based Breakfast Danish, Cherry Blossom Cake, Calamansi Cheesecake, and the Chocolate Cookie Sandwich. The pastries are only available until April so get them while you still can!
