Fashion retailer ZARA is now a one-stop shop for all your vanity needs. ZARA Beauty is their first-ever beauty collection which includes products for the eyes, lips, face, and nails. They have been teasing the collection on their Instagram since May 3 and now they officially launched on May 12.
Reaching a Diverse Audience
British make-up artist Diane Kendal is the Creative Director of ZARA Beauty. Her decades of experience in the fashion industry, foresight for trends, and product expertise are what make her ideal for the position. Kendal shares that she saw this as “an opportunity to make something that everyone would want to use.” The brand has a diverse audience, and she wanted to bring that same vision to the beauty collection.
There is no Beauty, Only Beauties
Create endless artistic expressions with over 130 products that are very pigmented and suitable for a wide range of skin tones. “The huge message is inclusivity. We wanted the line to be for everyone – very democratic. No one beauty, but beauties,” Kendal tells Vanity Fair. The message is loud and clear and it’s evident in the shades and color palettes they unveiled. From matte and metallic to glitter and pearlescent finishes, they have something for you.
Clean and Cruelty-Free
Whether a brand is cruelty-free or not is a frequently asked question in the beauty industry. It’s safe to say that ZARA Beauty doesn’t test its products on animals. They made sure to choose ingredients for clean formulas. Another plus is that their products are refillable and come in innovative and luxe packaging.
Finding the perfect make-up look to go with your OOTD is going to be less of a hassle now that you can shop for both at ZARA. The beauty collection has only launched in Europe, the Americas, and parts of Asia and the Pacific. They’ll be available in the Middle East by June 2021 and hopefully, they arrive in the Philippines soon.
