McDonalds has something new to offer and it’s not a part of their menu. The fast food chain reopened their party rooms and turned it into distance learning ‘classrooms.’
Since the pandemic, the country has shifted to distance learning this school year and several students and teachers admitted that they have encountered technical difficulties. Social gathering is also prohibited as of the moment and so McDonalds Philippines introduced ‘McClassroom.’
In their official Facebook page, they announced that teachers are welcome to use their party rooms as a conducive working space and they are also given free WiFi access and a McCafé coffee.
“Binago namin ang aming party rooms to give you a sanitized and quiet working space kung saan pwede niyo gawin ang inyong distance learning lessons — complete with free McCafé coffee pa! In our branches with WiFi, bibigyan din namin kayo ng free WiFi access,” it said.
Interested teachers would need to visit the participating store and reserve a slot for October 5-9.They have also released a list of participating stores nationwide.
