The National Museum of the Philippines will be welcoming public visitors again starting today, March 2. The National Museum of Fine Arts, the National Museum of Anthropology, and the National Museum of Natural History are now operational and adheres to strict health protocols and guidelines.
The three sites are now open from Tuesday to Sunday every 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the afternoon. Only 100 people are allowed to enter the building per session so it is also advisable to book your visit ahead of time and walk-ins will not be entertained. The National Museum holds a cut-off arrival time at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
To book a visit, make an online reservation at reservation.nationalmuseum.gov.ph at least a day before your intended arrival and choose if you’re going alone or by group. Note that if reserving by group, it only has a limit of five people. Once you have already signed up your details, just wait for the confirmation of your booking.

Since The National Museum of the Philippines established strict health protocols, only those who are aged 15 to 65 years old are allowed to enter the premises so don’t forget to bring a valid I.D. when going to the museum.
Visitors should also wear face shields and face masks at all times while practicing social distancing. Upon entering, temperatures will be checked and a health declaration form should be filled up by the visitor.

Currently, the National Planetarium remains closed to the public.
