Sports Brands Joining 2021 Pride Celebrations

Pride month is more than just wearing rainbow-colored footwear and apparel. It’s about increasing visibility and showing your support for the LGBTQIA+ community. These are some of the sports brands that annually release a Pride Pack and give back to non-profit organizations that push for equality and inclusivity.

Adidas

The Three Stripes brand released their first Pride Pack in 2015 and they’re continuing their “Love Unites” campaign this year. This year’s collection includes 30+ pieces, including a Love Unites tote bag, bucket hat, and Adilette 2.0 slides. Aside from releasing colorful designs, they support LGBTQIA+ organizations like Athlete Ally and Stonewall.

The self-love designs are available on their classic silhouettes, as well as a new slide and the Run Star Hike. A portion of their LGBTQIA+ community funding this year will go towards the It Gets Better Project and they’re giving additional grants to support the LGBTQIA+ youth.

This is inspired by the More Color, More Pride flag, which includes black and brown stripes. More than 20 organizations will receive grants from Nike, some administered by the Charities Aid Foundation of America.

Reebok

Reebok’s Pride gear is inspired by inclusion, protest signs, and the legacy of drag ballroom legends. Together with House of Ninja, they created the “All Types of Love” collection featuring the Progress Pride Flag. Their designs pay homage to the ballroom culture and they’ll be donating $75,000 to the Sylvia Rivera Law Project.
