Following the victory of Los Angeles Lakers in this year’s NBA championship, Vanessa Bryant posted a heartfelt message and congratulated the team.
She posted a photo of Lakers general manager Rob Pelinka and her late husband Kobe Bryant and wrote, “Congratulations Uncle P! Congratulations @Lakers Kobe was right, RP! ‘Stay the course – block out the noise’–@kobebryant.”
“Wish Kobe and Gigi were here to see this,” she added.
Earlier this year, NBA star Kobe and his daughter Gianna, along with seven others, died from a tragic helicopter accident.
The team ended their 10-year drought and dedicated their victory to the Black Mamba and his family. Back in 2010, Kobe was named the Finals MVP.
