Their crowd-pleasers Carrilleras which is braised Iberico pork cheeks sitting on top of a truffle potato cream; Ceviche Roll which is the perfect example of a 2 PMPeruvian twist in Japanese dish; and, their melt-in-your-mouth Aburi Roll, will make you want to come back for more (trust me!).
