Sharing the goodness of Japanese-Peruvian cuisines to Filipinos, Nikkei Podium surely knows what you are craving for. Since its opening in 2015, the restaurant has introduced discerning palates to the fusion of oriental and western flavors that gave each dish on their menu that unique texture and distinct taste. Nikkei was founded by Carlo and Jackie Lorenzana with the help of Chef Christian Cejas and Chef Juan Barcos.
For five years, Nikkei has given us Japanese inspired cuisines adding some twists to it by including Peruvian cuisine staples like causa, tiradito, and ceviche. Their crowd-pleasers Carrilleras which is braised Iberico pork cheeks sitting on top of a truffle potato cream; Ceviche Roll which is the perfect example of a 2 PMPeruvian twist in Japanese dish; and, their melt-in-your-mouth Aburi Roll, will make you want to come back for more (trust me!).
The restaurant also recently rolled out its bento meals for delivery, pick-up, or take-out. You can now enjoy this sumptuous Sushi Bento Box or their Salmon Bento Box at home!
