The Pinoy glass noodle dish with prawns, pork belly, chinese celery, wood ear mushrooms, and ginger was stewed in a casserole for a richer, more vibrant taste. The photos of their Thai dish Khao Soi are enticing but it’s more mouthwatering IRL. The yellow curry in coconut milk perfectly balances the umami flavor of the pastoral chicken, egg noodles, pickled mustard leaves, and crispy noodles. It’s spicy, but oh so yummy!
