Located in Baguio, MYB offers a diverse range of programs including Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), kinesiology tape, compression and decompression myofascial release (cupping, acupressure, and trigger point therapy), as well as resistance and strength training.  They also have TotalFit, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Medium Intensity Steady State (MISS), kettlebell, Muay Thai, and running for those who are into achieving their fitness goals in no time. And if you are into alternative practices, their service also includes the use of essential oils and blends, vinyasa and rehab yoga.

To cater to everyone’s wellness needs even amid the pandemic, Move You Better has gone digital. Their live streaming classes via Google Meet are designed for curious individuals or maybe too shy to join a group class setting. Now, achieving your fitness goals is easier with MYB!
