After getting all of us excited following her stunning maternity and engagement shoot, Andi Eigenmann has finally given birth to her third child, baby Koa, last Sunday, January 17.
Veteran actress Jaclyn Jose, Eigenmann’s mother, first shared the news on her Instagram by posting a photo from her daughter’s maternity shoot with the caption, “Congratulations anak for having a successful delivery to our newest member of the family, bouncing healthy baby boy.”
Baby Koa is Eigenmann’s second child with partner and surfing champion Philmar Alipayo, with Lilo being their first. Her eldest, Ellie, is Eigenmann’s daughter with her former partner, Jake Ejercito.
On her Instagram, Andi showed her gratitude to Alipayo for staying by her side through her pregnancy. In another post, she also shared that the biggest lesson that her recent pregnancy taught her was to “believe in her body so much more.”
“I hope I savored this pregnancy enough! What a truly beautiful experience this was. This journey has taught me to love my body, to appreciate it, and to believe in it so much more. As this journey comes to an end, another one begins. This time around my focus is not on getting my old body back. Just on taking great care of it as a way to show gratitude for carrying and protecting the people that has showed me what I am destined to be- the honor of being their mom,” the actress wrote.
