Elijah Canlas Reveals Breakup With Miles Ocampo

Elijah: “I am always going to have love for her”

Elijah Canlas confirmed on Thursday, November 23, that he and Miles Ocampo have parted ways “a couple of months ago” already. 

Elijah has bared in an interview with ABS-CBN that they chose to go their separate ways due to personal problems.

But while the decision to do so was not at all easy, he says that they are trying to figure things out.

He reveals, “We went through a rough patch recently, mainly because we were going through our own personal stuff, and it’s been hard. So, yeah, we’re figuring things out.”

When asked if they’re on good terms, Elijah confirms it with, “Yeah, we’re okay, we’re not mad at each other or anything like that.” 

Despite their relationship’s wrong footing, the “Senior High” actor says that his love for the Miles will remain. 

“I’m always going to have love for her and I’m always going to support her in whatever she does.

“I’ll always be her number one fan, but right now we’re just taking our time figuring out ourselves and our lives right now,” he says.

Elijah and Miles first publicized their romance in May 2022, but Elijah says that they’ve been going out since 2021.

In 2022, Elijah took to Instagram a birthday greeting for Miles, which he captions with, “Happy birthday to my favorite person in the world. Here’s to more adventures and memories.” 

Succeedingly, Miles has also uploaded a series of photos from her birthday—one of which is what seemed like a theater screen with words, “Happy birthday, my Camille.” 

Just a few days after that, Elijah has officially confirmed their relationship in an interview with Ogie Diaz.

Currently, Elijah is part of  ABS-CBN’s television series “Senior High.” He also appeared as one of the leads of the Filipino remake of the Korean film “Keys to the Heart.” 

Miles, on the other hand, recently starred in ANIMA’s “Missed Connections,” wherein she played as the orange-haired Mae.
