Get well soon, Gab!
Gab Valenciano was hurt after getting involved in an accident while driving his motorcycle on a freeway in California.
The Filipino director-dancer shared several photos of himself in a hospital bed on Instagram, Monday, May 22, 2023 (PH time) while showing the injuries he sustained on his arm and leg.
There was also a photo of his motorcycle lying on the road and a shot he took while he was getting loaded into an ambulance via a stretcher.
“I got side-swiped on the freeway by an [SUV] at around 75mph which launched me a good 70ft away from the collision. I was in full gear but because of the force of the impact and momentum, it burned through my jacket and pants,” Gab wrote in the caption.
He claimed that it was the first accident in his entire life that he did not see coming at all. He has been riding for nearly two decades.

Since it was a Sunday in the US, Gab actually came from sharing his testimony in a church before the accident happened.
Despite what he went through, Gab was grateful to have survived the ordeal.
He thanked all the first responders who took care of him and the fellow motorists who came to his aid after the accident.
“I would like to say thank you to all the drivers and riders who stopped to help me by checking up, giving me water and food,” he said.
Gab also expressed his gratitude to his friends and family from the Philippines who sent their love.
“Lastly, I want to say thank you to my Tito Ranier who picked me up in the hospital and took care of me for the first few days,” Gab said.
“It’s been very tough moving around especially at night considering I have gashes on my lower and upper back, so sleeping has been tough too but all is well. Slowly but surely.”
In the comments, several celebrities reached out with well-wishes and concern. Among them were KC Concepcion, Jona, Ogie Alcasid, Anthony Pangilinan, Iya Villania, and Martin Nievera.
Gab relocated to Los Angeles for good last month.
