Justin Bieber’s “Justice World Tour” In Manila Is Officially Cancelled

Guess we won’t be seeing Justin Bieber anytime soon

On March 1, ticketing service SISTIC informed customers via email that Justin Bieber has officially cancelled the “Justice World Tour” in Manila.

As part of his Asia tour, Bieber was scheduled to visit the Philippines on October 29, 2023, at the CCP Open Grounds. The news excited fans to see their favorite performer back since his last concert in 2011.

Bieber was supposed to return to the country for his “Purpose Tour” in 2015. But he cancelled his performance last minute due to personal reasons.

On October 7, AEG Presents Asia announced that Bieber’s tour would continue in 2023. The postponement was because Bieber took a hiatus to focus on his health. Doctors diagnosed him with Ramsay-Hunt syndrome, but he recovered after his short break.

Yet, we won’t be seeing Bieber this year after all. Although he or his team hasn’t given a reason, the rest of the “Justice World Tour” dates are officially cancelled.

The e-mail from SISTIC says they would receive a full refund. Furthermore, they are already processing refund requests from last year.

In the e-mail, SISTIC thanks its customers for their patience. They are also “anticipating a high volume of refunds” and that refunds could take up to “3 billing cycles or longer.”

The concert’s other official ticket vendor, SM Tickets, has yet to issue an official word regarding the cancellation.
