Trust takes precedence, take it from Maymay and Aaron’s relationship
“Pinoy Big Brother” alumna Maymay Entrata has admitted that she and her Canadian boyfriend Aaron Haskell face difficulties in a long-distance relationship.
In the June 5 episode of ABS-CBN’s “Magandang Buhay,” the 26-year-old actress admits that committing to such is never a walk in the park. She says, “Sobrang hirap po ng LDR… hindi po madali.
“Parang kung walang maturity sa relationship, hindi po talaga magwo-work yung LDR,” remarks Maymay who then enumerates the efforts that they put into the relationship to make it work.
“Sobrang OA nito pero 24/7 kaming nagtatawagan. Kahit nagtatrabaho siya, nandiyan lang ako natutulog or ako nandito, siya natutulog.
“Hanggang mag-meet yung time namin, saka kami mag-uusap or mag-movie,” she says.
For her, Aaron’s consistency and support have minimized the struggle of being in an LDR. “At peace sa puso ko na wala akong dapat ipag-alala sa kung saan man siya roon, basta maging safe lang siya,” she shares.
Maymay Entrata puts emphasis on trust
Maymay reveals having full confidence in their relationship, even saying that, so far, there’s no point for quarrel or jealousy.
She attributes such to the trust that they give to one another.
“Grabe, kapag may trust yung relationship, parang ang dali lang ng buhay,” she affirms.
Maymay publicized her relationship with her Canadian beau on Instagram in 2022. She reveals that while they were dating for quite some time already, her boyfriend had no idea of her fame back in the Philippines.
“Six months po ‘yon na wala siyang alam talaga, pero nanligaw na po siya noong time na yan. Yun ang maganda kasi hindi niya po alam,” Maymay shares.
Maymay Entrata and her career
Maymay is blessed in the love department just as much as she’s winning in her career.
Just recently, the actress/TV host/singer made it to the line-up of OPM artists who will grace the 1MX Music Festival in the United Kingdom on July 8, 2023.
Prior to the announcement, Maymay also collaborated with Wooseok of K-pop boy band Pentagon for their single “Autodeadma.”
It was officially released on April 28, 2023 following her hit singles, 2022’s “Puede Ba” and “Amakabogera” in 2021.
