What’s new with Miss Universe Philippines?

For this year, the contestants were filtered through the organization’s Accredited Partners Program—an initiative that only allows affiliate municipalities and partners to send delegates to the competition be it through local pageants or appointments.

More so, this is the first time that the organization has welcomed overseas delegates, such as Australia, northern and southern California, Florida, Hawaii, Miami, Sydney, the United Kingdom, Virginia, and Washington.

Ultimately, this has been considered as the debut edition that lifts restrictions on age limits, on married women, and on those candidates with children.

The coronation night is slated on May 11, 2024 at SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. The eventual winner will be crowned by the reigning queen, Michelle Dee—Miss Universe 2024 top-ten finisher.
