Actress-dancer AC Bonifacio will be joining the cast of US teen drama Riverdale on its fifth season.
Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, the show’s creator, shared a short clip of the show’s teaser where Bonifacio was seen having a dance-off with actress Madelaine Petsch’s character Cheryl Blossom last January 2.
She reposted the clip and wrote, “Here’s my page 1/365 submission 🙂 Startin’ off the year right w/ a lil sneak peek to #Riverdale Season 5!”
She also thanked those who supported her on her latest TV appearance.
No other details about Bonifacio’s character was disclosed. Riverdale, a series based from the characters of Archie Comics, first aired in 2017 and its fifth season is set to premiere this January 20.
