Another character from the original iCarly series is coming back!
Lewbert Sline, the grumpy doorman in Carly and Spencer Shay’s apartment, will be making an appearance in season two of the series reboot.
“Your fav doorman is back better than ever! Catch Lewbert on Season 2,” the iCarly account posted on Twitter.
Jeremy Rowley, the actor who plays Lewbert, also teased iCarly fans about his upcoming cameo on the show. “Get ready for some screaming,” he posted on Instagram.
In real life, Jeremy is married to Danielle Morrow, the actress who plays the crazy iCarly fan Nora Dershlit. She also made an appearance in the episode “iHate Carly” from season one of the reboot.
Paramount+ confirmed in July 2021 that the iCarly reboot, one of the most-watched shows on the streaming platform, is coming back for another season. Miranda Cosgrove, Jerry Trainor, and Nathan Kress reprised their roles as Carly, Spencer, and Freddie, respectively. They’re also joined by Laci Mosley as Harper and Jaidyn Triplett as Millicent.
Other characters from the original series who made an appearance in season one include Mrs. Benson/Marissa (Mary Scheer), Principal Ted Franklin (Tim Russ), Nevel Papperman (Reed Alexander), Duke Lubberman (Doug Brochu), and Griffin (Drew Roy).
