Marvel’s “Eternals” to have an early limited release

Before the pandemic started, Filipinos used to get to watch Marvel films early. This meant that a lot of Pinoy fans got to enjoy the latest superhero flicks before the internet was abuzz with spoilers that could ruin the experience. However, the pandemic has caused cinemas in the country to close down temporarily.

Now that cinemas are slowly reopening, Filipinos are finally getting to watch the latest Hollywood blockbuster hits on the big screen. On the other hand, with so many awesome titles that were released in the past months, there’s a backlog of films to be released at the cinema. In turn, Pinoys have to wait a little longer to watch the latest titles in the cinema.

Among the movies Marvel fans have been anticipating is Eternals. Starring Angelina Jolie and Gemma Chan, the movie will give fans a preview of what the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will look like, so fans are dying to watch the flick.

Here’s some good news: Marvel Philippines just announced that Eternals will have an early limited release in select Philippine cinemas. On November 29 and 30, Pinoys will get the chance to watch the movie in select theaters in Metro Manila and select provinces. Considering that movie was released in other parts of the world as early as November 5, it’s still delayed, but better late than never, right?

If you didn’t find the cinema near you in the listed down, don’t fret. The rest of the country will get to watch Eternals starting December 1. This announcement is good news as fans hope to get to watch Spider-Man: No Way Home before its Philippine release in January 2022. The movie is slated for a December 2021 release in other countries.
