Our favorite webheads are about to run it back.
Sony announced the release dates for a new version of Spider-Man’s latest outing. The film, titled Spider-Man: No Way Home – The More Fun Stuff Version, will hit theaters later this summer.
Spider-Man: No Way Home was every comic book fan’s dream come true because of the Spider-Men. Seeing Andrew Garfield, Tobey Maguire, and Tom Holland in one frame was amazing. Fans felt like the film was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for moviegoers.
Because NWH smashed box office records last year, a re-release is inevitable. The film exceeded everyone’s expectations despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Some would even argue that the film saved movie theaters worldwide.
This new, extended cut will head to cinemas on August 31 in Indonesia. It will end its run on October 6 in South Korea.
Spider-Man: No Way Home – The More Fun Stuff Version will include deleted and extended scenes. The fact that it’s called ‘More Fun Stuff’ means we’ll get more interactions between the Peter Parkers. Aside from the film’s success, the re-release also celebrates Spider-Man’s 60th anniversary. It has also been 20 years since the character made its film debut in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man.
The extended cut is set to hit Philippine theaters on September 7. There’s no way we’re coming home without watching it on the first day!
