Imagine wowing all four AGT judges at just 10 years old!
That’s exactly what Peter Rosalita did during the season premiere of the reality talent competition America’s Got Talent after belting out a stellar performance of Celine Dion’s classic hit “All By Myself” that got everyone — from the judges to the audience — at their feet.
Born in Abu Dhabi, Rosalita introduced himself as a Filipino citizen to AGT judges Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara, and Simon Cowell. The 10-year-old singer then proceeded with his rendition, hitting all the high notes in the timeless track, including one that made Vergara raise her arms in delight. Yep, everybody knows that one note in the song.

For his singing prowess, even the usually cranky Simon Cowell, who created the talent competition back in 2005, was warmly impressed, even admitting that he had “goosebumps” during the peak of Rosalita’s performance.
“There were parts during that audition that literally gave me goosebumps. You have an amazing voice, an amazing personality, an amazing energy,” Cowell said. “Everyone is going to fall in love with you after this audition.”
“I predict you’re gonna go far in this competition,” Mandel said.
“Mariah better watch out!” Klum added.
“I think America’s gonna love you,” Vergara commented, with Cowell concurring, “I think the world’s gonna love him.”
It thus came as no surprise to anyone that the 10-year-old got all four nods from the judges and will be proceeding to the next stage of the competition.
When Vergara asked Rosalita what he would do with the $1 million cash prize at a young age, the boy responded that he plans to use it to “buy a Nintendo Switch and a laptop for my online classes.”
Rosalita joined the 16th season of the US-based reality talent competition. It airs on the US network NBC and is hosted by Terry Crews.
