BTS now has 22 music videos with over 200 million views each

BTS’s ‘Permission to Dance’ is all over YouTube. The music video has been trending on the video platform for over a week now, and YouTube is inviting people to take part in a ‘Permission to Dance’ challenge where anyone can create a 15-second short of them dancing to the song. With presence like this on YouTube, it’s no surprise then that the music video has finally surpassed 200 million views. It took a little over 16 days for BTS’s new song to reach this milestone.

‘Permission to Dance’ is just one among BTS’ many songs to reach this number on YouTube. BTS’s ‘Butter’, released just this May, actually set a YouTube record as the most viewed music video in just 24 hours. It is also the fastest music video on YouTube to reach 200 million views.

Other BTS music videos have reached different milestones in the past – most of them are just being surpassed by the boy band’s new releases. Because their new song, ‘Permission to Dance’, has surpassed 200 million views, BTS now has a total of 22 music videos with over 200 million views each. Other music videos aside from ‘Permission to Dance’ and ‘Butter’ include ‘Dope,’ ‘No More Dream,’ ‘Fire,’ ‘DNA,’ ‘Life Goes On,’ ‘Black Swan,’ ‘ON,’ ‘Dynamite,’ ‘Blood Sweat & Tears,’ ‘Not Today,’ ‘”ON” Kinetic Manifesto Film : Come Prima,’ ‘Save Me,’ ‘I Need U,’ ‘MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix),’ ‘War of Hormone,’ ‘Boy With Luv,’ ‘Boy In Luv,’ ‘Fake Love,’ ‘Spring Day,’ and ‘IDOL,’
