Courteney Cox and Ed Sheeran Does ‘The Routine’ Dance from Friends

Are you riding on a Friends: The Reunion high like the rest of the universe? It’s heartwarming to see your favorite sitcom’s stars come together to reminisce about the good ol’ days after all.

In case you’ve been living under a rock (or going on a social media cleanse lately), the cast of the iconic television sitcom Friends finally reunited to delight the fans, and look back at the show that catapulted their careers. Yes, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer went back to the set that started a pop culture phenomenon that is loved by millions to this very day.

Big names such as David Beckham, Lady Gaga, and Cara Delevingne even got to join in on the fun as guests of the TV special. While one famous face wasn’t in the list of celebrities who made an appearance on Friends: The Reunion, he and Friends star have been catching the attention of netizens with their own little celebration on the net.

Yes, Cox posted via Instagram a now viral video of herself and English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran reenacting ‘The Routine’ dance from the show. You probably know about the special dance if you’re a huge fan of Friends, but as a refresher, it was a dance performed by siblings Monica (Cox) and Ross Geller (Schwimmer) during Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve on season 6. To get people’s attention, the pair recreated a ridiculous dance dance number from middle school called ‘The Routine’.
