Neri Naig’s “Wais na Misis” tips have finally found a new home!
Aside from being an actress, mother, and entrepreneur, Neri Naig has embarked on yet another role — that of being an author.
This was confirmed through a shared social media post by Naig and Penguin Books on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.
Naig’s debut book is set to be titled “WAIS NA MISIS: The Wise Homemaker” which will be released this coming November. The title alludes to Neri’s famous self-coined moniker, “Wais na Misis,” as she embodies wisdom in home-making, growing her money, and owning several businesses.

The book is set to be comprehensive for all mompreneurs who are looking for “a survival guide for your journey through motherhood and entrepreneurship.”
It will also feature tips, tricks, and lessons that Naig learned in her life.
Aside from showbiz, Neri Naig and her husband Chito Miranda also have several businesses such as restaurants, a salon, and vacation rentals, among others.

While she has always had big dreams, Neri Naig attributes her success to the unwavering support of her husband Chito Miranda. The couple is set to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary in December.
But even prior to that, Naig commemorated the Parokya ni Edgar frontman’s 47th birthday last February 7, 2023.
She writes on her Instagram account, “Because of you, napapagaan ang trabaho ko. Because of you, mas masarap mangarap. At dahil sa’yo, natutupad dahan dahan ang lahat ng mga yun na magkasama tayo. Thank you, Dad!”
Naig also proudly shares why Miranda is the “best dad” for their kids “Kahit pagod ka sa gigs mo, nakikipaglaro ka pa rin sa mga bata. Kami ang priority po [sic].”
Topping off the heartfelt greeting, a few days later, Naig has surprised her husband with a brand new white pick-up, which was apparently Miranda’s dream car.
Miranda has expressed his gratitude to Naig through a post and shared that he never really intended to buy the said car.
“Kasi gusto ko unahin yung income generating investments. Kumbaga, oks lang ako magtiis sa lumang sasakayan at gamitin yung pera ko on things that will make me more money, instead of buying myself a new car,” he starts his caption.
In the end, the frontman jokes that he has actually bested Naig in being “wais.”
“Since alam nya na hindi ako bibili ng sasakyan para sa sarili ko, kahit gaano ko pa kagusto magkapick-up, ang ginawa nya, sya nalang ang bumili for me. Ako ang tunay na #WaisNaMister,” he quips.
