In time for the love month, Netflix offers a huge catalogue of new love stories for February 2023!

New Netflix originals as well as content from around the globe comprise the new offerings that are surely perfect for a stay-at-home Valentine date night. These include Reese Witherspoon and Ashton Kutcher’s “Your Place or Mine” and the Pinoy movie “An Inconvenient Love,” headlined by Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano.

Netflix’s top pick for February

Your Place or Mine

“Your Place or Mine” is Netflix’s top pick for this month. After all, it headlines rom-com darling Reese Witherspoon and heartthrob Ashton Kutcher! It tells the story of best friends and total opposites Debbie (Witherspoon) and Peter (Kutcher), who swap homes for a week. With this, they get a peek into each other’s lives and, eventually, open the possibility of love. It premieres on February 10.

Netflix also offers different love stories for couples, families, and even singles who don’t have the luxury of time to travel for Valentine’s as each content brings them around the world!

Love To Hate You (Korea)

“Love To Hate You” is a Korean romantic series about a rookie lawyer (Kim Ok-vin) who despises losing to men and a top actor (Yoo Teo) who distrusts women. Both of them don’t believe in love until they are forced to date each other. It drops February 10 on Netflix.

In Love All Over Again (Spain)

“In Love All Over Again” is an eight-episode romantic comedy series from Spain. It stars Georgina Amoros of “Elite” and Franco Masini of “Rebelde.”

The series is set in September 2003, where Irene (Amoros) arrives in Madrid to fulfill her dreams of becoming a film director. There, she meets her best friends and Julio (Masini), who seems to be the “perfect protagonist” not only for her films, but also for her life. However, life has other plans: they would fall in love, split up, and try again. Will there be a happy ending for Irene and Julio?

The show is created by Carlos Montero, who was also behind “Elite.” It premieres on Valentine’s Day.

A Sunday Affair (Nigeria)

Dropping on February 14, this African film is about best friends Uche and Toyin, who fall for the same man. This begins a test of loyalty as they face a heartbreaking revelation. The film headlines Dakore Egbuson-Akande, Nse Ikpe-Etim, and Oris Erhuero.

OMG! Oh My Girl (Thailand)

This Thai film, which premieres on Netflix on February 16, is about a love story which happens in the wrong place at the wrong time despite their strong chemistry.

Guy (Sky Wongravee Nateetorn) is single; June (June Plearnpichaya Komalarajun) is in a relationship. This leads him to believe that fate is playing tricks on them, until he decides to give it his all.

A Girl and an Astronaut (Poland)

The series tells the story of an astronaut, Nikodem, who returns after 30 years of disappearance. Upon his comeback, he rekindles a lost love and, at the same time, the world wants to know the secret to why he has not aged.

Magdalena Cielecka, Vanessa Alexander, Andrzej Chyra, and Jedrzej Hycnar headline “A Girl and an Astronaut,” which becomes available on Netflix Philippines on February 17.

An Inconvenient Love (Philippines)

DonBelle fans are in for a treat on February 23 as the big screen team-up of Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano becomes available on Netflix! “An Inconvenient Love,” which serves as Star Cinema’s first movie in the cinemas after three years, tells the story of two young lovers who agree to a casual relationship. The convenient arrangement becomes complicated when their romance reaches an expiration date.

Young love

These offerings feature teenybopper romance flicks and shows, relatable to the young and the young once.

Freeridge

This eight-episode coming-of-age comedy follows four teen friends: sibling rivals Gloria and Ines, and their friends Demi and Cameron. They have unleashed a curse bringing dark misfortune into their lives after a finding a peculiar old box. The series premiered on February 2.

Dear David

This Indonesian coming-of-age film stars Shenina Cinnamon, Emir Mahira, and Caitlin North. It tells the story of Laras (Cinnamon), a straight-A high schooler whose life is turned upside down when her risqué fantasy blog about her crush David (Mahira) is leaked to everyone at school! It premieres on February 9.

Eva Lasting

This 13-episode show tells the love story of Eva and Camilo, set in the 1970s. Eva is a mysterious, rebellious, and open-minded teen who is the only girl enrolled in a school of 600 men. She meets Camilo and becomes the first woman he falls in love with.

But as Camilo fails to win Eva’s heart, he discovers her dark secret that can separate them forever. But he continues to fight for his first and great love. The series becomes available in the Philippines on February 15.

Class

Three students from a poor neighborhood join an exclusive high school for Delhi elite where dark secrets and rumors ultimately lead to murder.

“Class” features a young ensemble cast: Gurfateh Pirzada, Anjali Sivaraman, Ayesha Kanga, Chayan Chopra, Chintan Rachchh, Cwaayal Singh, Madhyama Segal, Moses Koul, Naina Bhan, Piyush Khati and Zeyn Shaw. The series started airing on Netflix from February 3.
