The Sarah G and Bamboo concert is finally happening four years after they were last seen together!
OPM superstars Sarah Geronimo and Bamboo will be reunited in a concert. In an Instagram post, Sarah revealed that their joint concert will be held on July 7, 2023, at the Araneta Coliseum.
Bamboo earlier hinted at a possible collaboration with the Popstar Royalty after posting a photo saying: “Here we go.”
Tickets and other details about the concert have yet to be announced.
Sarah and Bamboo were both coaches in the singing competition “The Voice of the Philippines.” The two were last seen together as part of the show’s fourth season which aired in 2019.
Bamboo is currently the only artist left from the original set of coaches after the departure of Sarah and Lea Salonga from “The Voice PH.”

Sarah’s schedule is packed as the concert announcement came right on the heels of Viva’s announcement of her upcoming reunion with onscreen partner John Lloyd Cruz.

The “Dati-Dati” singer’s upcoming concert is also her second concert for the year following her recently concluded 20th-anniversary show at the Araneta Coliseum. The successful sold-out concert was attended by Sarah’s family and friends.
However, it was marred by controversy leading to the show night as rumors of her rift with her longtime choreographer Georcelle Dapay-Sy or simply Teacher Georcelle made rounds.
While Sarah made sure to express her gratitude to Teacher Georcelle and her dance company G-Force, the group was nowhere to be seen during her show. What particularly established the distance between the two personalities was reflected when Sarah performed a different choreography to her hit song “Tala.”
To set things straight, Teacher Georcelle shared that G-Force’s absence from Sarah’s concert felt like a “break up” since they have been working with each other for 16 years.
