SHINee’s Choi Minho visits the Philippines for a night much to the delight of fans!
Choi Minho, the South Korean artist who plays as the rapper of k-pop group SHINee, was warmly embraced by his Filipino fans. A fan meet called “2023 Best Choi’s Minho: Lucky Choi’s in Manila” happened on January 28 at the SM Mall of Asia.
This may have been Choi Minho’s first solo visit in the Philippines, yet he greeted the crowd by saying “Long time no see.” This is to emphasize his comeback after five years when SHINee played in Manila for the One K 2017 Global Peace Concert.”
Giving cultural heritage to the Philippines, Choi Minho rocked the stage wearing the Barong Tagalog.

SHINee fans were also in delight as he performed a medley of their songs. He also sang some of the tracks from the “CHASE” album.
Choi Minho also highlighted his acting skills. He showed everyone his talent by reenacting a scene from the hit K-Drama series “Descendants of The Sun.”
As a surprise, people in attendance also witnessed Choi Minho’s moves as he danced to the TikTok challenge craze for Sarah Geronimo’s song titled “Dati Dati.”
