Belated happy birthday, Miles Ocampo! On May 1st, the actress celebrated her 24th birthday with a surprise present from fellow actress Kris Aquino and her son Bimby.
On Instagram, Kris posted an eight-minute video greeting for Miles, whom she considers her “daughter.”
She said: “You bring so much love and appreciation into my life and Bimb’s life. You remind us to be grateful. You show me that I have so much more love in my heart to give. You made me happy to take care of you because you express to all of us how thankful you are, and never we felt that you abused our generosity.”
The mother of two also shared her terms of her endearment for Miles, calling her “ate” (older sister) and “MCA”, or “Miles Cojuangco-Aquino,” in reference to Kris’ full surname.
Bimby, on the other hand, offered Miles fresh flowers and only wished for her to “have an awesome life, an awesome love life, and an awesome everything.”
The Aquinos have remained close with the young actress after Kris built up a relationship with her on the set of the ABS-CBN drama, Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw.
Since then, the good friends have regularly celebrated certain occasions for each other. For Valentine’s Day this year, Bimby gifted Miles a bouquet flowers along with a sweet handwritten letter that expressed love and respect for the ex-Goin’ Bulilit star.
That same day, which also happened to be Kris’ 50th birthday, Miles surprised the former TV host with a cake.
