KJ Apa is now a dad! The Riverdale star and French model Clara Berry has officially welcomed their first child together. Berry confirmed the news through an adorable Instagram post on Monday, September 27, where they revealed their baby boy’s name.
“Sasha Vai Keneti Apa, born on the 23rd of September,” wrote Berry under a photo of the baby’s hand clutching her finger. “He is a perfect perfection. I am the luckiest to have now two men of my life, filling my heart with this cosmic gigantic vast love.”
Messages of support were aplenty under Berry’s baby reveal, including Riverdale celebrities Lili Reinhart, Vanessa Morgan, Hart Denton, Cami Mendes, and Madelaine Petsch.
“Can’t wait to meet him,” Reinhart’s comment read, which was replete with heart emojis. “Congratulations.”
“River’s new bestie!!” Morgan gushed, adding multiple crying emojis and ending with the hashtag #boymom.
“Mini Hart!!!” Denton wittingly wrote.
“Such a beautiful name,” Mendes said. “Congrats Clara!!”
“Congrats mama!!!!” Petsch commented.

It was back in May when Apa and Berry revealed the news of their pregnancy on social media, posting a photo of them lounging on the couch with the 27-yar-old model flaunting her bare baby bump in a sunlit room.
The couple was first romantically linked back in February 2020, when Apa posted a photo of them sharing a sweet smooch on Instagram. “Coup de foudre (Love at first sight),” read the caption.
The CW star then followed through in August 2020 with a series of photos featuring a nude Berry in an undisclosed vacation venue.
“There’s nowhere else,” wrote Apa under snaps of a bare-naked Berry posing in front of a picturesque cliff at sunset.
