What better way to celebrate Happy Mina Day than visiting a Mina-themed cafe?
Mina, a member of the all-girls K-Pop group TWICE, celebrated her 26th birthday on Friday, March 24. Just some of the highlights that her fans put up in celebration of her new age are Mina-themed cafes!
Cafe333 Hongdae in Mapo-gu, Seoul, South Korea turned baby pink to show the birthday celebrant some love and appreciation on her 26th birthday. A wide array of Mina-themed souvenirs are up for everyone’s entertainment, including cookies, cup holders, tickets, and calendars embellished with the K-Pop idol’s face.
Even on the outside, the celebration was loud as the cafe greeted visitors with glossy balloons, collage, framed photos, and large posters that lined up the place’s glass walls.
One of the scene stealers at the cafe is a photobooth that renders Mina-framed polaroids. On top of that, scratch cards are made available that let people win random awards, including a Mina lamp fixture, a scented candle, and laminated photocards.
Cafe333 is just one among the many cafes in Seoul that willingly dedicates a day of celebration for K-Pop idol’s birthday.
