The final installment in 20th Century Fox’s X-Men saga has also been postponed a handful of times now.

The teenage superhero-horror film was meant to premiere last April 13, 2018, but got moved to February 22, 2019, to make room for Deadpool 2; then again to August 2 because of extensive reshoots; a third time to April 3rd of this year following the discretion of Disney, the new owner of the rights to the franchise; and finally, to August due to the pandemic.

Let’s all hope this fourth delay is its last.
