Creative Ways to Cook Cauliflower

Cauliflower is finally getting the recognition it deserves. Your disdain for the white vegetable might stem from being forced to finish your boiled or steamed serving. Excuse the lack of flavor because people have gotten innovative and found creative ways to cook cauliflower.

Cauliflower Fried Rice

Using cauliflower to substitute rice is not unheard of for those doing a low-carb diet. It looks like grains of rice when grated and can easily absorb flavors from your seasonings of choice. Pinch of Yum’s Lindsey has a 15-minute recipe that’s quick and easy to make. Just leave out the eggs or substitute them with tofu scramble to make it vegan-friendly.
