Army Navy finally added plant-based food items to their menu, and they’re available in more branches.
There’s a new entry to the list of places you can get plant-based burgers in Manila. When Army Navy announced their plant-based products back in May, it was only made available in Makati and Taguig branches. They’re now available in other branches in Luzon, too, so more people can try the meat-free burgers and burritos.
The meat-free burger taste just as delicious with fresh vegetables and sauce. It costs P310 for the regular single patty burger, P435 for the Double Burger, and P545 for the Bully Boy Burger. You can request extra fillings for an additional fee.
Of course, they also made a plant-based version of their burritos. The plant-based burrito costs P290 and is stuffed with plant-based meat, rice, and vegetables, while the Breakfast Burrito costs P280 and is filled with plant-based meat, hashbrown, and eggs. Both use a flour tortilla and comes with a side of salsa and sour cream.
There’s also the Plant-Based Naked Burrito for those who don’t like their food rolled up. For P290, you get a bowl that’s loaded with the same fillings as the burrito, plus a side of fried tortilla chips.
Plant-Based Soft Taco and Quesadilla
Lastly, they added plant-based soft tacos and quesadillas on the menu that cost P270 and P280, respectively. It’s oozing with cheese and peppers and served with spicy mayo and salsa for that extra kick.
Disclaimer: just like its meat-based counterpart, they still use mayonnaise, cheese, and meat seasonings in their products. This means their plant-based line isn’t suitable for vegans but can still be enjoyed by OVO vegetarians consuming cheese, dairy, and eggs. Army Navy also disclosed that their plant-based products are prepared in the same griller as their regular meat patties.
