Good news for all the homesick OFWs in Italy: Jollibee’s signature Langhap Sarap food items finally arrive at its latest international branch in the world’s cultural capital, Rome.

Located in the metropolitan city of Via Ottaviano, just a mere kilometer from St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City, the newly-christened branch is Jollibee’s fourth in Europe and its first venture into Italy’s capital, much to the pleasure of avid Jollibee fans in Rome.

And boy, they didn’t disappoint. On its opening day, Jollibee Rome served over 4,000 pieces of their signature ChickenJoy, as well as thousands of the sweet Jolly Spaghetti and the beefy Yum Burger. Despite catering to lengthy lines on its first day, Jollibee Rome still managed to maintain safe physical distancing among its customers.

Despite the global pandemic, Jollibee still hopes to push through with its mission to expand to other parts of the region, as well as to other countries in Europe.
