Made with drippings from chicken fat, annatto oil, and garlic, Mang Inasal’s long-time liquid companion is also responsible for giving the grilled chicken inasal its bright-orange tinge.
That’s why it shouldn’t come as a shock that the chicken oil is best and most frequently paired with a serving of their chicken quarters such as the paa (thigh) and pecho (breast). Fortunately for us, the latter now comes in ready-to-cook packs too!
That’s right: you can now cook the entire ensemble right at the comforts of your own home!
Mang Inasal’s Chicken Oil sells for P99 for every 250-gram pouch, while their ready-to-cook paa, pecho, and spicy paa start at P287 for approximately 1.3 kilograms per pack.
