Mang Inasal now sells chicken oil in pouches so you can pour one at home

Pour one out for #TeamChickenOil fans out there!

Its ever-present appeal escapes most of us: Mang Inasal’s Chicken Oil is the single type of sauce whose color completes every chicken inasal order, but whose flavor or culinary purpose we can’t quite explain. Then again, we don’t have to – we just pour it in a sauce bowl or drench our heap of rice with it and we’d go merrily through our meal.

But the biggest frustration that Mang Inasal’s binge-eaters face is not being able to enjoy such an appeal at home. That is, until now. As of this month, Mang Inasal has started selling their famous Chicken Oil in pouches!

Made with drippings from chicken fat, annatto oil, and garlic, Mang Inasal’s long-time liquid companion is also responsible for giving the grilled chicken inasal its bright-orange tinge.

That’s why it shouldn’t come as a shock that the chicken oil is best and most frequently paired with a serving of their chicken quarters such as the paa (thigh) and pecho (breast). Fortunately for us, the latter now comes in ready-to-cook packs too!

That’s right: you can now cook the entire ensemble right at the comforts of your own home!

Mang Inasal’s Chicken Oil sells for P99 for every 250-gram pouch, while their ready-to-cook paapecho, and spicy paa start at P287 for approximately 1.3 kilograms per pack. Both are available for takeout in participating Mang Inasal stores or for delivery via Foodpanda or Mang Inasal’s delivery website.

Grill away!
