When it comes to fast-food French fries, McDonald’s is definitely at the top of the list. And if there’s anything that could beat it, it would be their very own Twister Fries. After two years, the Golden Arches are finally bringing back the crowd-favorite to their menu, but only for a limited time.
Put a Twist in Your Meal
On Monday, September 13, McDonald’s teased the return of their beloved Twister Fries. “Every bite’s twistedly sublime. Watch out for this gloriously golden come back!” they captioned their social media posts. Netizens made comments about the “mystery menu item,” joking that it resembled calamari, onion rings, and butter cookies.
Kidding aside, they officially announced that they’re putting the crispy and curly fries back. The last time customers saw it on the menu was back in August 2019, so it has been two long years since anyone has gotten a taste of the savory snack. As usual, the recurring menu item is only available for a limited time.
Prices for the Twister Fries start at P74 for the regular size and P95 for the McFloat combo. If you’re feeling generous and want to share the happiness, Sharing Size Twister Fries are also available for P159. As a special promo, you can get a free upgrade to Regular Twister Fries for any Medium Burger Extra Value Meal and save P20.
Claim the free upgrade at a McDonald’s store near you and treat yourself and the whole family. While we wish they brought back the McSpicy or the Fish-o-Fillet, too, you still can’t go wrong pairing the Twister Fries with a Big Mac or Double Cheeseburger. In fact, McDonald’s has a special deal on their app that allows you to get the combo for P175 and P145, respectively.
All McDonald’s locations nationwide offer Twister Fries for takeaway, drive-through, and delivery. Customers can use GrabFood, McDelivery, and FoodPanda to place orders. What are you waiting for? Get it now before it’s too late.
