She’s also strong on TikTok. Doc Riyan now has over 150,000 followers, and her videos have about 2,000,000 likes already.

She also has a podcast called Kapwa Club, where she talks about mental health and other topics. There are eight episodes that you can listen to on Apple Music and Spotify.
Doc Riyan, the influencer
Because Doc Riyan has quite the following, it’s safe to say that she is an influencer already. She uses her platform to shed light on various topics, even those considered taboo.
She talks about mental health, which seems to be a topic that a lot of people look down on. Doc Riyan also discusses gender and sexuality, encouraging young Filipinos to speak up. She is a member and staunch advocate of the LGBTQ+ community, giving credence to her content.
