Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray continues to showcase the beauty of Zamboanga in her latest video on YouTube.
In the clip, the beauty queen focused on showing the beauty of Zamboanga and its culture through its historical attractions, cuisine, and textile.
“Zamboanga serves as an amazing example of different religions and different cultures coexisting peacefully and harmoniously together. And I think if you were to view that in a bigger picture, that’s an example that we should all strive for,” she said.
She also thanked those who “has responded with so much love and support” on her latest trip to Mindanao.
“I read all the comments and my heart is full!” she wrote on Instagram.
Gray was appointed as an ambassador for Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)’s latest campaign “One Town, One Product” and since then, she made efforts in exploring the beauty of their culture and often promotes Zamboanga’s hidden gems on her social media page.
