Apple Unveils Colorful New Line of M1-powered iMacs

Among Apple’s latest products are thinner, more powerful iMac computers in seven striking colors. At the “Spring Loaded” event on April 20, 2021, Apple unveiled the first line of iMacs to be powered by their M1 chip, the first in-house processor designed by the tech giant to be used on their Macintosh computers.

This colorful new line of 24-inch iMacs come in green, yellow, orange, pink, purple, blue, and silver to match any work set-up. The iMacs also feature a 4.5K Retina display with more than one million pixels that could support over a billion colors!

Apple calls the iMac’s built-in 1080p high-definition front camera, studio-quality microphones, and six-speaker sound system as “the best camera and audio ever in a Mac.” Each iMac also comes with a magnetic power connector and a woven 2-meter cable that comes in a matching color.

Prices start at USD 1,299 for iMacs with 7-core GPU and USD 1,499 for iMacs with 8-core GPU.

Aside from the iMac 2021, Apple is also releasing new purple iPhones, 5th Generation iPad Pro, 2nd Generation Apple TV 4K, and the new product AirTag. These products will be available by the later half of May, but customers can already pre-order starting April 30, 2021.
