A new era is coming for “KKW Beauty.”
Brand founder Kim Kardashian announced on Instagram that the website of the beauty line will be temporarily shut down next month. However, it will make a comeback as a “completely new brand.”
“To our loyal customers, it all started with a Contour Kit and expanded to eyes, lips, body, and many incredible collections over the past four years,” she said.
“On Aug. 1 at midnight we will be shutting down the KKWBeauty.com site so that we can come back to you under a completely new brand with new formulas that are more modern, innovative, and packaged in an elevated and sustainable new look.”
Kim said that the beauty line makeover will transform her brand into something she’s always wanted. “I’m excited to continue to develop and expand my product range and for you to finally be able to experience it the way that I have always envisioned.”
Aside from the products, the website itself will also be going through some changes. “In addition, my team is hard at work to improve the customer shopping experience where you will be able to purchase my beauty and cosmetic offerings in all categories from one single website.”
Although it wasn’t specified how long the “KKW Beauty” website will be gone, Kim promised fans that it won’t take a long time.
“Kylie Cosmetics,” a makeup company founded by Kim’s sister, Kylie Jenner, also recently had its website shut down. The company is also preparing for a relaunch and its website currently shows a countdown timer that will end on July 15, 2021.
