In fact, you don’t even need fancy equipment to get a more toned body. Here are some body weight exercises you can try to get the quarantoned physique of your dreams:

Split jumps

Work your legs, glutes and core at the same time with this explosive cardio move. It’s a great way to get your heart rate up if you don’t have a lot of space to work out at.  

Plank walkups

Elevate your basicplank by performing this exercise. It’s a painful yet effective way to strengthen your core and tone your arms simultaneously.

If you’re a runner, this move is good for you as it builds agility as well as challenges your balance. It engages your upper arms and core, too.

Tone and strengthen your lower body with this fun, skippy move. It also builds a strong, flexible core. 

Wall sits

This may look easy peasy, but after 30 seconds, it might be difficult for you to maintain your balance. You can even track your fitness progress by how long you can hold this move over time.

These are only some of the exercise moves you can do in order to tone your body. However, it’s important to note that results won’t be visible overnight, so you have to work hard consistently. All your effort will have been worth it once you see some improvement. Like all good things, it’ll take same time.
