Etude x Hershey’s Kisses

This is not the first time Etude House has collaborated with the Hershey’s brand. Previously, they released a collection that features the classic Hershey’s chocolate bar, and now they’ve come out with something even cuter — the Hershey’s Kisses Collection.

The collection includes three eyeshadow palettes as well as three corresponding mousse tints based on their popular chocolate variants: Milk, Almond, and Special Dark. Compared to the actual Kisses packaging, the make-up palettes are very spot on that you might even mistake it for actual chocolate. From the shape of the container to the little paper tab attached at the top, they’ve replicated the iconic bite-sized chocolate pretty well.

Each of the Etude Play Color Eyes Mini Palette ($26.40) is packaged in a palm-sized Kisses that’s compact and includes a mirror inside, which makes it handy for traveling.  Unlike the Hershey’s Chocolate Bar Palette, there are only 4 eyeshadow shades instead of 6 but still has a good range of mattes and shimmers that are decadent yet wearable for everyday looks.

The details for this collaboration are impressive as even the shades are imprinted with the logo, with one of them having “Kisses” stamped on.

Creamy and light in texture, get ready to pucker up with the Etude Choco Mousse Tint ($14.40) that come in universally flattering browns. For a defined look, they can be applied on the full lip or do a gradient by applying at just the center and blending it outwards. Expect them to stay put through your date and maybe even test it out for a cheeky kiss.

Isn’t this collection just as dreamy as their chocolate? The collection hasn’t been released in the Philippines, but you can still get your hands on these sweet things from their official website before the limited-editions are gone.
