Hot girl summer is extended, thanks to Kylie.
Looks like her rumored baby with Travis Scott isn’t the only one the reality star is set to give birth to! As an entrepreneur of all things exquisite, Kylie Jenner has kept her plate pretty full. And now, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan looks to expand her estate by foraying into fashion with her first swimwear line, Kylie Swim.
While the 24-year-old hasn’t exactly kept Kylie Swim under wraps, there hasn’t been a lot of information about the brand going around just yet. The most we’ve seen came last Tuesday when Kylie snuck a peek of the swimwear’s slated aesthetic on her Instagram stories and then on the brand’s account. From the snaps that Jenner seemed to have taken in a studio, we can see the swimwear’s skinny hemlines and necklines decked with vivid sunset hues across slender straps.
We also learned from fashion-trade journal WWD that “Kylie Swim” and “Kylie Swim by Kylie Jenner” requested trademarks for swimwear-related terms such as “swimwear, beach cover-ups, headwear, tops, bottoms, footwear, robes, and swimwear-related accessories.”
Kylie’s first foray into fashion follows her beauty-themed journey which saw her start a beauty line, Kylie Cosmetics, in 2014 and a more streamlined Kylie Skin in 2017. She was also a part of a sartorial venture with her sister called Kendall + Kylie back in 2012, and just last year, partook in Amazon’s The Drop, a collection of influencer-designed staples suited for quarantine clothing.
