Japan is known to have some of the most interesting Starbucks branches in the world. But this particular branch will definitely catch the eyes of plant lovers around the world. This Starbucks is not just located inside a garden — it’s also the garden!
Located inside the Hana Biyori Botanical Garden (which is inside the Yomiuri Amusement Park) just right out of Tokyo, this Starbucks branch is the refreshments center of the Entertainment Flower Garden. If you’ve been to Diver City or to Singapore in recent months you may probably have seen the interactive Borderless TeamLab exhibits — this is a similar experience, but themed around flowers. It isn’t just a virtual experience, as the greenhouse also contains different orchids and aquariums with salt water fish.
Surrounded by nature, there’s no better place to relax with a cup of coffee!
The Hana Biyori Botanical Garden has recently just reopened this June 1. This is definitely the next go-to destination in Japan for when we are allowed to travel again in the new normal.
