True book lovers surely know and miss the feeling of rummaging through rows after rows of books inside a Booksale branch to get that one perfect title.
That may not be possible yet, but here’s the next best thing: you can virtually rummage through their collections instead, as Booksale is now accepting online orders. On Wednesday, September 16, Booksale announced on their Facebook page the launching of Booksale Plus,
Judging by the abundance of announcements, it seems Booksale is going on an individual branch basis, as supplies vary from store to store. This means that you’d have to be in touch with the branch’s representative to buy the books you want. You can call them, send them a text, or ping them via Facebook Messenger to ask about title availability or to place your orders.
Once your order has been confirmed, you can have your items delivered to your doorstep via Lalamove, Grab, or any courier service of your choosing.
Considering that Booksale has 91 branches nationwide, you’d have to check back on their official Facebook page to see if the branch nearest to you can take your order (make sure to check that page, as there are plenty of misleading Booksale pages!). So far, they have only announced the following participating branches: SM Bacoor SM Bicutan, SM Dasmariñas, SM Muntinlupa, Cityland Makati, Makati Cinema Square, Robinsons Galleria, SM Manila, SM San Lazaro, SM Fairview, and SM Baguio.
