Or should we say, “Bearbnb.”

If you’ve always envied the enjoyment that Christopher Robin had while playing in the Hundred Acre Wood, then this Winnie the Pooh-inspired tree house accommodation Airbnb is right up your alley.

The custom-built “Bearbnb” is under the care of long-time Pooh illustrator Kim Raymond. He had the house constructed at Ashdown Forest in East Sussex, London, the actual site that inspired the A.A. Milne’s adorable childhood characters, in celebration of the 95th anniversary of Winnie the Pooh’s creation.

“I have been illustrating Winnie the Pooh for 30 years and I continue to be inspired by the classic decorations of E.H. Shepard and the more recent Disney stories,” Raymond said in an Airbnb release. “The ‘Bearbnb’ is a unique experience that brings the charm of Pooh to life for fans, whilst honoring the original adventures that have been so important to many people for 95 years.”

The Bearbnb is replete with all the lovely details one will fondly remember from the beloved Winnie the Pooh books. Exposed tree branches, a doorway that has “Mr. Sanders” painted on the arch above, and a shelf full of “hunny pots” are just some of the sentimental things that make the place undeniably Pooh’s.

The sleeping space fits four people, with a double bed on the floor level and two single beds on the mezzanine level. Meanwhile, bathroom facilities are found a few steps from the treehouse.

A stay in the treehouse also includes a tour of the original Hundred Acre Wood inside Ashdown Forest, a round of “poohsticks” on the Poohsticks Bridge, and “hunny-inspired meals” that are locally sourced, the Airbnb listing states.

Like all transient accommodations, the Bearbnb also has house rules for guests, only this time, it’s presumably written by Pooh himself. Heffalumps are to keep out of the premises, as well as pets (save for Roos, Tiggers, Eeyores, Piglets, and Pooh bears of course). Just like Pooh’s routine refreshments, snacking “a little something” before 11 o’clock in the morning is encouraged, and multiple naps throughout the day are permitted.

Pooh’s famous treehouse will be for rent for only two nights on September 24 and 25 for about $130 a night. Sadly, only residents of the UK will be eligible to book the place.
