Exciting news for everyone! On June 15, the NLEX Harbor Link Project will be open to the public, diverting around 50,000 cars from EDSA. This now provides a good alternative route to Quezon City from Manila and can even serve as a better alternative from motorists traveling from the south Paranaque to Quezon City without having to pass EDSA.
The entrance and exits are located in Radial Road 10 (Caloocan City), Mindanao Avenue in QC, Dagat-Dagatan Ramp in Malabon, Karuhatan in Valenzuela, C3 Road in Caloocan.
You will be able to go to Quezon City via the port area in Manila, cutting through all the traffic. The completion of the 2.6km segment will provide direct access from R10 in Navotas to NLEX.
