Spectacular Cherry Blossoms Around the World

It’s Sakura season and these are the beautiful places around the world to witness the cherry blossoms. Although the pink flowers are typically associated with springtime in Japan, other countries also have scenic views of this natural phenomenon.

Tokyo, Japan

A popular spot to visit during this time of the year is the Meguro River. The promenade is lined with 800 cherry blossom trees and is a lovely sight any time of the day. By sunset, the walkway is lit up so you can still enjoy a stroll at night. It’s common to have picnics under these trees so you’ll find local vendors selling delectable snacks nearby.
